Summary of Conclusion/Findings
This study evaluated Season, a digital Food -is Medicine (FIM) platform that integrates nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy (MNT) from registered dietitians, and access to medically tailored meals (MTM) and groceries (MTG) for pregnant individuals. All 15 participants reported being satisfied or very satisfied with the platform and stated they would recommend it to others, highlighting ease of use, credible guidance, and supportive RD interactions as key strengths. Nearly all participants (93%) felt the platform improved their ability to eat healthier, demonstrating increased self‑efficacy in making nutrition-related changes during pregnancy. Users cited convenience, food variety, and helpfulness of food credits as major facilitators of engagement, while barriers included limited time, desire for more personalized educational content, and requests for expanded meal options. Overall, the evaluation found Season to be a highly acceptable and supportive FIM intervention, offering insights for future optimization and broader implementation in maternal nutrition care.
