Kathleen Allen, MD, MBA, RD, MS, is an Internal Medicine resident at Massachusetts General Hospital. She earned her MD and MBA from the Geisel School of Medicine and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2024. She is also a Registered Dietitian, having completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian and received a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.

Dr. Allen’s research centers on the role of diet in cardiovascular health. She has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and serves as a peer reviewer for several leading journals, including JACC, JAHA, and Frontiers in Nutrition. She is passionate about translating lifestyle medicine into actionable strategies for both patients and practitioners through education, research, and evidence-based tools.
